This universal ambulance stretcher is made of high-intensity aluminum that makes it sturdy and heavy-duty. It's robust X-frame help itself easily raise while loading to the ambulance. This stretcher trolley features reversible guardrails to protect the patient during transfer. And, it is height and backrest adjustable for convenience and comfort. The head-end of the stretcher is foldable for easy entering elevators. One or two persons could raise and slide the stretcher onto the ambulance. The ambulance stretcher can be locked in the ambulance. Arrived at the hospital, the paramedic will unlock the trolley, and then the safety U-Bar will hold the stretcher on ambulance until the operator release it.
